MKGM School celebrated Janmashtami on 26th August with great enthusiasm and devotion. The festival commemorating the birth of Lord Krishna was marked by a series of events that showcased the students' creativity, talent, and spiritual fervor.
A beautifully decorated jhula with Lord Krishna's idol was the centerpiece of the celebration. KG kids dressed up as Krishna and Radhika, adding a touch of innocence and charm to the event.Students offered special prayers, seeking blessings from Lord Krishna.
Vice Principal sir and Class 8 girl students presented soulful bhajans, filling the atmosphere with spiritual fervor.
Pradeep Jha sir delivered an enlightening speech on the life of Shri Krishna, highlighting his teachings and significance.- The celebration concluded with an educative speech by Principal sir about Shree Krishna and Bhagavad Gita, emphasizing the importance of values and principles in life.
In the evening despite the heavy rain, students participated in the traditional Dahi- handi event, showcasing their teamwork and enthusiasm.
The Janmashtami celebration at MKGM School was a resounding success, thanks to the collective efforts of students, teachers, and staff. It was a wonderful opportunity for students to learn about and connect with India's rich cultural heritage.

MKGM KG students had a truly radiant day celebrating the yellow colour on 09/08/2024. Our kindergartens dressed in vibrant shades of yellow from head to toe, the little ones transformed our classrooms into a sea of sunshine.
The day was filled with exciting activities designed to introduce and reinforce the concept of the color yellow.
They explored the world around them, identifying yellow objects in their surroundings, from the bright sun to the delicious banana.
Overall, the Yellow Colour Day was a resounding success. The children had a blast exploring the world of yellow and their enthusiasm was contagious. It was a day filled with laughter, learning and a whole lot of yellow!
A vibrant and enchanting Fancy Dress Competition was held at MKGM school on 03/08/2024 for students of Nursery to Class 3. The event was a colourful spectacle that showcased the creativity and imagination of our young learners. The competition was open to all creative ideas. The participation was overwhelming, with a large number of enthusiastic students taking part. The Nursery students stole the show with their adorable and innocent costumes. From tiny animals to colorful butterflies and princess, their performances were filled with charm and spontaneity. The Kindergarteners displayed a higher level of creativity. Their costumes ranged from fairytale characters to superheroes and professions. The confidence with which they presented themselves was truly commendable.
Class 1, 2, and 3 students brought a professional touch to the competition. Their costumes were elaborate and their performances were well-rehearsed. From historical figures to mythical creatures, innovation in technology, the diversity of characters was impressive.
The Fancy Dress Competition was a resounding success. It provided a platform for our young students to express their creativity, boost their confidence, and have fun. The event was a visual treat for everyone present and left a lasting impression on the audience. We congratulate all the participants for their outstanding performances.
The Inter-House English Debate Competition was held at MKGM School Kandari on 27th July 2024 in the Meditation Hall. The four participating houses - Kirpal, Kabir, Thakar, and Sawan - engaged in a lively debate on the topic "One Nation, One Election". The competition consisted of one round, where each team comprising of two members, one speaking for the motion and one against, presented their arguments. The debaters showcased their exceptional skills, articulating their points with conviction and confidence. The judges were impressed by the students' in-depth research, critical thinking, and effective public speaking skills. After careful consideration, the judges declared the winners. The competition concluded with a speech by the Principal, emphasizing the importance of public speaking, critical thinking, and democratic values.
MKGM school celebrated Fruits Day on 24/07/2024 for our kindergarten students with enthusiastic pomp and glee in order to instill the importance and benefits of fruits in a balanced diet among its young learners. The event aimed to create awareness about the nutritional value of fruits, their health benefits and to cultivate a fondness for these natural treats. Students arrived in colorful and creative fruit-themed costumes, transforming themselves into their favorite fruits. This added a fun and engaging element to the day. The day was filled with engaging fruit-themed stories and songs, making learning about fruits enjoyable and memorable. The Fruits Day celebration was a resounding success in achieving its objectives. Students developed a deeper understanding of the nutritional value of fruits, their importance in a healthy lifestyle and developed a preference for fresh fruits over unhealthy snacks. The event fostered a love for fruits and created a fun and engaging learning experience for all participants.
On 9th July 2024, MKGM hosted its Intra Class English Poem Recitation Competition for students in Nursery through Grade 6. This event aimed to cultivate a love for language, public speaking skills, and confidence among young learners.
Students selected poems appropriate for their age group, ranging from classic rhymes to more intricate narratives for the upper grades.
The competition garnered enthusiastic participation from students across all grade levels. The event showcased a diverse selection of poems, fostering a rich literary experience.

The right training begins early here at MKGM School Kandari, where students are guided and moulded at early stage. With this extent, the investiture ceremony for session 2024-25 was organized on 24 July 2024, at MKGM School Kandari. A spirit of dynamism and unity filled the air. The Chief Guest on the occasion was Mr. Hardikbhai Vaishnav, Magistrate Karjan. The Investiture Ceremony is a solemn occasion wherein all the students are well prepared to don the mantle of leadership and responsibility and carrying it out with utmost dedication.
The School Principal Mr Mahendrasinh Vihol, in his address, apprised the students about their roles and responsibilities. He advised the members of the selected council to work judiciously and wisely to raise the repute of their alma mater to greater heights.
The newly elected council stood gracefully as the batch and sash ceremony began by the Chief guest, Mr Hardikbhai Vaishnav, Principal Mr. Mahendrasinh Vihol and Vice Principal Mr. Akhileshwar Upadhayay. A spirit of unity & dynamism filled the grand ceremony. The newly selected council pledged to work earnestly and uphold the honour and glory of the Institution, when they received the badge and sash from the Chief Guest. The Head Boy, Head Girl, House Captains, House Vice Captains and Class Monitors stood tall while pledging to bring laurels.
It was a proud moment for all to witness the leaders being entrusted with great responsibilities while embarking on the path of leadership. The Principal advised the students to uphold the legacy of the school and always walk on the right path and be the change they wanted in the school, as they had ample responsibilities to shoulder.
With the flag held high and heads standing tall, the ceremony culminated with the national anthem.
The Inter-House English Essay Writing Competition (Seniors) on the topic "Climate Change is the Greatest Threat Facing Humanity Today" was held on 24th June 2024, with great enthusiasm and participation from students across all the four houses. The competition aimed to encourage critical thinking, articulate expression, and awareness about the pressing issue of climate change among the student body.
Two students from each house enthusiastically participated in the competition. Each house sent their representatives who passionately presented their perspectives on the topic through their essays.
The participants presented their essays, each addressing various aspects of climate change. The essays explored the causes, effects, and potential solutions to mitigate this global challenge. Participants showcased their research skills and deep understanding of environmental issues.

28 जून शुक्रवार 2024 को, मानव केंद्र ज्ञान मंदिर स्कूल कंडारी में,उच्चतर माध्यमिक कक्षाओं के मध्य अंतर सदन हिंदी वाद-विवाद प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया गया। जिसका विषय "लोकतंत्र अच्छा है" दिया गया था। प्रत्येक सदन से दो-दो( पक्ष एवं विपक्ष में ) कुल 8 विद्यार्थियों ने भाग लिया और अपने विचारों को बड़ी खूबसूरती से प्रस्तुत किया। जिससे उनकी बेजोड़ तर्क शक्ति का परिचय मिला। निर्णायक मंडल ने उचित निर्णय देकर प्रथम,द्वितीय तथा तृतीय एवं उत्तम वक्ता का स्थान देकर विद्यार्थियों को पुरस्कृत किया। तत्पश्चात प्रधानाचार्य जी ने विद्यार्थियों का उत्साहवर्धन किया और विषय के संबंध में अधिक विस्तृत जानकारी देकर विद्यार्थियों का ज्ञानवर्धन किया और सदन शिक्षकों तथा प्रतिभागियों का आभार व्यक्त करते हुए प्रतियोगिता को विराम दिया। प्रतियोगिता के परिणाम निम्नलिखित हैं
On the occassion of World Health Day on April 7, Shraddha Foundation in collaboration with Manav Kendra Gyan Mandir School at Kandari near Karjan organized a workshop for Senior Secondary students of the school. Ms. Trupti Desai, the Founder & President of Shraddha Foundation, an NGO based in Vadodara and working for Healthcare and Education sectors conducted this workshop. She highlighted the role of youth in Global Health and also discussed about various Global Health challenges faced by the world population especially after the Pandemic of Covid19. She also explained how Climate Change is affecting health of an individual and what are various ways to prevent Non-communicable and Infectious diseases. The highlight of this workshop was the Health Pledge taken by students at the end of the workshop. Around 150 students attended this workshop. There was a small group activitiy where students participated in the Health Quiz.
Big pencils and even bigger smiles! The school was buzzing with excitement for the Intra Class English Handwriting Competition which was held on 06/04/24, with everyone from 1st grader to 6th grader showing off their penmanship skills.
For younger kids, it was clear they were having a blast putting their best handwriting on display. Meanwhile, the older kids showed off their control, their letters flowing neatly and evenly across the page. It was cool to see how much everyone's handwriting improved from year to year!
The competition was a super reminder of how important good handwriting is. It's like a secret handshake - it shows one takes pride in how he/she communicates, which is a skill that will stick with them forever."
The Colour Pink is the colour of universal love of oneself and of others. Pink is yet a soothing colour that shows care and affection. The light-hearted Colour-Pink represents friendship, harmony, inner peace and approachability with depth and stability.In order to acquaint the little buds with the concept of pink colour, Pink Day was organized for the students of Pre-primary on Friday 13 October 2023.
Dressed in different shades of pink, the young ones looked charismatic radiating love, beauty and kindness . The classrooms were beautifully decorated with an array of pink colour objects like balloons, ribbons, soft toys etc. providing the students opportunities to have a clear sense of the colour and its importance. The tiny tots were given a thorough understanding about pink colour through fun filled activities. We celebrate Green Day to show our love and care for mother Earth. Green denotes fertility, prosperity, greenery, and our beautiful nature.
Taking care of the environment is our responsibility, it gives us everything, it gives us air to breathe, food to eat, minerals, different weathers, etc.
The children of pre-primary section celebrated Green day with the sole objective to acquaint them with the concept of this colour and the objects related to it.
In order to revive Indian traditional dance culture among the students a unique and unusual dance program featuring several dancers in varied disciplines was held at MKGM School in collaboration with District Youth Development Office, Vadodara.
Our students witnessed the Ganesh stuti, the visualization of ‘Hanuman Chalisa’ The classical dance forms have always reveled in retelling stories of Hanumanji, Vishnu Strotam and Krishna Leela in a stunning performance with beautiful costumes and traditional dance styles from India. प्रार्थना सभा का प्रारंभ गणपति बप्पा मोरया की वंदना से प्रारंभ हुआ। विद्यालय के विद्यार्थी ने ही गणपति बप्पा की वेश-भूषा धारण कर प्रार्थना सभा में उपस्थित सभी विद्यार्थियों एवं शिक्षकों को विस्मित तथा उल्लासित कर दिया। इसी दिन जैन संवत्सरी का आखिरी दिन भी था,अतः प्रधानाचार्य महोदय जी ने विद्यार्थियों को इस विषय में जानकारी देते हुए मिच्छामि दुक्कड़म का मतलब तथा महत्त्व भी समझाया और पर्वों की शुभकामनाएँ देते हुए प्रार्थना सभा का समापन किया
A school picnic is a memorable event in student's life. School picnic consists of good company , pleasant weather, lovely food, fun,enjoyment - all in a single cup of "Hip Hip Hurray". On September 9, 2023 & September 11, 2023 a delightful picnic was organised for the students of the third and fourth grade of our school at the Ajwa water Park,Baroda Gujarat. The day was filled with exciting activities, water rides and a great bonding experience for both the students and teachers. Arrival and welcome: We assembled at the school premises at 8:30 am. After attendance and safety instructions we boarded the buses that took us to Aaja water Park. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the park’s staff and provided with a brief orientation. Water rides and slides: The highlight of the day was, of course, the thrilling water rides. Life guards were stationed at all water attractions to ensure the safety of our students. Food: We had a delicious breakfast- idli sambar, lunch of full indian course and snack of samosa.

School picnics and excursions are the best ways to make the students experience quality time with their friends, teachers and even sometimes with strangers. During picnic and excursion students get to talk a lot to each other and play together and to ponder around their surrounding that helps them empower their creative wonderland i.e imagination.
Our school organized a picnic on 7th Sept 2023 for the students of kindergartens to Std. II . The students were extremely excited to reach the destination. All the students kept singing songs in the bus till they reached the venue. After reaching the destination (Bounce Up) the kids were very happy and they enjoyed a lot there with their friends and teachers. Then they enjoyed delicious lunch. After that they went to Kamati baug .There they had yummy ice-creams and played in the park. Finally the time came “ BACK TO SCHOOL”. The school buses started their journeys back to school and reached around 16:10 hr. Everyone had a big smile on their face indicating that they had great fun throughout the day. Secretariat (Home & Education Department)- Gandhinagar in collaboration with District Education Office- Vadodara organized Inter School Band Competition 2023 for Central Zone.
The competition was held at Chhani Police Head Quarter, Vadodara on 13th September, 2023. Our school band team comprising 21 members participated in the competition and stood first. Mrs. C.N. Chaudhary DYSP Vadodara Rural congratulated our students and conveyed best wishes for state level.
During Monsoon season, particularly in the month of Shravan, temples in Gujarat are filled with beautiful Hindolas.
Bhagwan is placed in a Hindola (Jhula) which is then gently pulled back and forth with a string. Our students got a chance to visit colorful Hindolas in Swami Narayan Gurukul Kandari.
On 7th September MKGM School celebrated Krishna Janmashtami for commemorating the birth of Lord Shree Krishna with mirth and joy in the school premises. During the special morning assembly, the students came dressed up as Krishna, Radha, his playmates, and one of the childhood friends, Sudama and his family. A small drama was enacted by the students, highlighting the strong bondage of friendship between Krishna and Sudama. Everyone was impressed and overjoyed with the lovely play. Principal sir briefed about the importance of the day.
The students and staff celebrated and played the most ancient joyful game -'Dahi Handi' with excitement to grace the occasion. It was a momentous occasion as it was welcome with soft showers of rainfall at that particular moment.The day was a delightful divine journey for the students.

On 8th of August 2023, students from Nursery & KG looked adorned with a beautiful smile of happiness on their faces as the sky smiles with the colours of rainbow, for it was their most awaited day, The Orange colour Day. The little kids celebrated with zest and joy.
Orange is a dynamic colour and stimulates imagination and creativity. Our little kids were dressed in shades of orange that enriched their gait with dazzling brightness. The children learned various other things about the orange colour, which also symbolizes enthusiasm, hope, and prosperity.The children were asked to bring orange coloured objects in the class. The classrooms were beautifully decorated with orange coloured objects, ribbons, and soft toys. They brought many objects like carrot, orange, marigold, orange toy cars, and many other orange coloured things.
The children displayed interesting activities on “Show and Tell” related to this color. The children of Nursery and Kindergarten showed the objects in the class and told the names of the objects.The teachers taught the names of the objects to the children. Students were given a thorough understanding of the colour orange through which they learned different activities, such as how to get this secondary colour by mixing two primary colours: red and yellow. The colour represents the sound health and energy of our kids.

To inculcate the leadership qualities among the students and to give them a feel of being an important and integral part of the administrative body, the new School Prefect Council of the Academic session 2023-24 was formed, including the Head Boy and the Head Girl for both wings, the House Captains and the Vice Captains and respective class Monitors/Monitresss. 7th August 2023 was a momentous day for the Manavites which was dawned to bestow responsibilities on the deserving young talents of the school, to lead their school from the front with their commitment, confidence, and competence, to set an example of honesty, sincerity and dedication. The School held the ceremony with great enthusiasm. It was an occasion to prepare the mantle of leadership and discharge the responsibilities entrusted to them by the school. The School Principal congratulated the newly appointed School Prefect members and motivated them to do as they say and say as the do. The occasion was a memorable one as it was honoured by the august presence of the Deputy Collector of Karjan, Shri Ashish Miyatra as the Chief Guest of the day.
An Inter-House G. K. a quiz competition for the juniors was organized by the school on August 4, 2023. The quiz began with the introduction of the contestants and an explanation of the rules by the quizmaster Mr. Rakesh Barman for the quiz.
The questions put forth to the teams were intriguing, exciting and made the audience go ‘aah!’ and clap when the teams answered correctly. The audience also got a chance to participate every time the teams answered incorrectly.
Every round was a mixed bag with questions from history, sports, maths, languages, vocabulary and science. The final round, the rapid-fire round, gave the teams a chance to catch up with the leaders and put-up a tough fight.
A range of emotions were felt in the meditation hall– happiness, sadness, regret and excitement. Everyone waited with bated breath for the announcement of the final scores.
Kirpal House won the quiz competition. This quiz truly was a learning experience for both the audience and the participants.
Finally, the competition came to an end with a speech of appreciation by Coordinator Sir for all the participants, teachers and the students.

The event had no specific theme, allowing our little stars to unleash their creativity and choose any character they wished to portray.From brave freedom fighters to famous superheroes, the school's hallways transformed into a vibrant parade of qcolorful costumes and cheerful smiles. Teachers marveled at the ingenuity and effort the children put into their outfits, as they carefully crafted and accessorised their chosen characters. The excitement reached its peak as the young participants confidently walked across the stage, showcasing their unique costumes and sharing brief insights into their characters.The event provided an excellent platform for building self-confidence and public speaking skills, as each child radiated confidence and enthusiasm during their turn on stage.
The audience, consisting of esteem principal sir, coordinator sir, fellow students and teachers cheered on every performance with heartfelt encouragement, creating a warm and supportive atmosphere.
The absence of a specific theme allowed the children to explore a wide range of characters, fostering individuality and promoting diversity in their choices.
Besides being an entertaining event, the fancy dress gala also served as a bonding experience for the entire school community, reinforcing a sense of unity and camaraderie.Throughout the day, the school echoed with laughter and joy, leaving behind cherished memories that will remain etched in the hearts of both children and adults alike.As the event concluded, every participant received applause and appreciation for their outstanding efforts, instilling a sense of pride and accomplishment in their young hearts.Our school's fancy dress gala was undoubtedly a resounding success, demonstrating the power of creativity and fostering a spirit of celebration and togetherness among our nursery to grade 3 students. Youth skill has become an integral part of the modern world without which the whole structure of the society, risks a collapse. Any useful skill of person is an interface of Science and Art and it contributes towards social development as well as creating enthusiasm in students.It provides a platform for the students to use their knowledge and bring the best invention from their brains. It also allows students to work together in groups and learn from each other. They share their ideas and collectively galvanize those ideas to bring something innovative into implementation.
Youth skill day was organized on 27 July, 2023 in our multi-purpose Hall, at MKGM SCHOOL . The objective was not only to inculcate a scientific attitude and research- mindedness but also to enhance student’s interest in science and technology. The students showcased static and working models, which can be used for learning scientific and other related concepts, especially for students of the grades 3 to 6.
On 26th July 2023, students of std. IX to XII participated in Inter House English debate competition on the theme WAR: PROBLEM or SOLUTION organised with the aim to hone the public speaking skills of the students and to teach them to be articulate while expressing their thoughts and opinions, enhancing their knowledge and understanding regarding the pros and cons of war as it has been going on between Ukraine and Russia and its impact around the whole world.
6 July was filled with excitement, joy, enthusiasm and laughter as MKGM School organised an informal kind of introduction,
a welcome party to the newcomers and to the new faculty members and celebrated its long awaiting and most remarkable event of the school,
the Fresher's day. It's a way to get to meet new people and a gesture of friendly atmosphere for all the students.

20th June was celebrated as a special day with devotion and tradition at MKGM School on the occassion of Jagannath Rath Yatra. A special morning assembly was organised to celebrate one of the biggest festivals of culture - the Rath Yatra of Lord Jagannath who desired to visit his birthplace Mathura once every year along with his brother Lord Balbhadra and his sister Goddess Subhadra to show her Mathura on a chariot. All the rituals were shown and represented through a small act by the young kids. Principal sir briefed the students about the importance and significance of this festival with his lucid words of scientific reasoning, combined with faith and respect.
Like every time it was 'warm' welcome to Shri Sudamaji Maharaj by the Manavites whose arrival in the scorching hot weather on 23rd June evening brought rain in the area, bringing comfort and smile to everyone. The 24th June morning meditation became more beneficial and graceful when it was guided by the maharajji himself, followed by all the new staff members and students being christened with Naamdan by Maharaji as per the custom and ritual of the School. On that evening all were benefited by satsang, even the disciples from the outside who had joined the same, followed by the langar for all.
Hanuman jyanti is celebrated on the full moon day of the Hindu lunar month of chaitra. Hanumanji is worshipped as a deity with the ability to gain victory over evil and provide protection. MKGM School celebrated the day with grandear on the school campus with a special assembly on the auspicious day.It was really an impressive presentation and all the spectators appreciated and enjoyed the day.
Vasant Panchami is celebrated on 16.02.2021 in reverence to the Hindu deity Goddess Saraswati, epitome of learning , music & art. People celebrate this day by visiting temples, flying kites, and donating to the needy.
To celebrate this festival, the students of the MKGM School, Kandari held a Special Assembly. Prayer, pledge, school vision & mission were followed by a divine rendition of Shlokas, celebrating the harvest season.

MKGM School students participated & got III rank in Inter School ‘Sci PO Tech exhibition 2019-20’ held on 3rd December, 2019 at Podar World School, Maneja wherein students showcased static and working models on creativity and innovation on the theme- ‘Save Earth- Ban plastic & Conserve water’.

Vegetables Day was celebrated in MKGM School on 29th November 2019, Friday. The students of Pre-Primary (Nursery & KG) learnt about vegetables in a unique and healthy way.
A vegetable market was set up and students were invited to buy vegetables and the students talked about different vegetables. They visited real vegetables market (Karjan) too and enjoyed the learning.
Everyone knows that small children are attracted towards junk food rather than healthy food. In order to make them understand the importance of adding more vegetables in their daily meal this day was celebrating. Kids are tutored to learn the names of the vegetables and their nutrient value.

The students of MKGM School conducted a Swachchhta drive at Kalika Mata Temple-Pavagarh hills in Panchmahal district with much fervor on 01.09.2019. MKGM School celebrated National Sports Day on 29th August 2019 by organizing various games/events like Yoga session, School Band, Badminton, Table Tennis, Basketball, Mallkhambh, Tug of War, Kho- Kho, Lawn Tennis etc followed by planting trees and saplings in premises of BRC Karjan.
The School Prefectorial system helps the students to develop leadership qualities. It also instills into them a sense of responsibility as they set an example for others in discipline, academics, sports & extra-curricular and co-curricular activities.

MKGM School organized one day picnic at Kamati Baug, Vadodara today on 19.07.2019 Friday.
The school picnic was for the students of Jr.KG and Sr. KG.
Kamati Baug – (The largest garden in entire Western India and is extended over the vast area of 45 hectares) gave an experience of being surrounded by greenery and the beauty of nature. The students were extremely excited and kept singing songs in the bus till they reached the venue.
The children clearly enjoyed their day to the fullest and created beautiful memories to be cherished by them for a long time to come. The laughter and joy that was witnessed amongst the children was something beyond words.
